Overview

The WS401-J is an all-in-one weather sensor. A drop-in replacement for the Lufft WS401, the WS401-J is an updated model built on the same trusted Lufft platform, reporting data every 5 seconds instead of every minute and with rain gauge parameters. Built for Hydrometeorology and Meteorological Observation networks. Now you can measure more, maintain less with the WS401-J.

Easy Integration into HydroMet Monitoring Networks

The WS401-J is a perfect match for a WMO compliant setup when a low power device is required and when air temperature & humidity and precipitation is measured at 2 m height, while wind shall be measured at 10 m height. The sensor integrates temperature, humidity, air pressure, and rain together in a compact housing with a single cable connection. Flexible communication with various protocol formats and the support for an external temperature sensor simplifies deployment and long-term network management.
