My Hydras 3 crashes reproducible with an "Access Violation". What should I do?

Please contact our HydroService with the following information:

  • Which work steps did you perform before the message appeared?
  • Search the file Hydras3.elf and send it to the HydroService. The file is either in the program directory of Hydras 3 (where the file Hydras3.exe is also located) or under C:\User\<user>\EurekaLog\Hydras3.elf
