UpCom Cloudgate

Descripción general

UpCom® is a Linux-based software plugin for the Option Cloudgate router family that enables roadside collection, storage, and processing of RWIS, meteorological, and hydrological sensor data. It supports multiple communication protocols (including TLS, NTCIP, OPCUA, MODBUS TCP) and data formats, allowing flexible polling, conversion, and transmission of sensor data to cloud platforms or external systems. In addition, UpCom® provides local data processing, rule-based alarm generation, and control of field devices such as warning beacons and traffic signals, enabling efficient and intelligent traffic and road weather management. The UpCom seamlessly handles data communication to ViewMondo, the software used to visualize the weather data.
